Domestic Shipping
We ship Monday through Friday, and are closed for shipping Saturday and Sunday. We ship via Fedex and USPS primarily. Please remember that if you request Overnight Delivery, your order must be received by 1pm, Pacific Standard Time so that we can send it out that day. Shipping costs are based on the weight of your items and include handling fees.
Standard Delivery: Expected delivery within 2 to 7 business days.
Priority Devlivery: Expected Delivery 2 to 3 business days.
Overnight Delivery: Expected delivery by the end of the next business day.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please include a note in the comments box upon checkout. We will do everything we can to accommodate you.
International Shipping
We use USPS International Express or Fedex for all international orders. Shipping is based on weight, and the total will be displayed before checkout. Please note that the time required for your package to clear customs may vary from time to time and from country to country. Below is a general guideline for transit times.
Canada Delivery: Expected delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
International Delivery: Expected delivery 5 to 14 business days
International Express Delivery: 2 to 5 business days.

Taxes, Customs & Duties
Sales tax is only charged on items shipping to California. All other states and territories are exempt from California State sales tax. For all international orders, please note that you will be responsible for all duties, tariffs, and taxes charged by your own country. All transactions will be in U.S. dollars. We apologize, but due to customs regulations we can not offer gift wrapping for international customers, including Canada. Should you place an international order and then refuse delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Candystore Collective.
Shipment Tracking
When your delivery is ready to send out we will confirm that it was sent by emailing you a tracking number and the carrier info. You may track packages with Fedex here. You may track packages with USPS here.
