Returns & Exchange Policy
If for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange, store credit, or refund. Refunds MUST be received with 14 days of the ship date for domestic customers, and 30 days for international customers. All items must be returned in their original, perfect condition, (unworn, unused, unblemished, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached, in original packaging, not damaged in return shipping). Any item returned not in this specified condition will be refused. Unfortunately, shipping fees are non refundable.

Sale items are non-refundable. Sale items marked down 1% to 30% are eligible for exchange or store credit. Sale items marked down greater than 30% are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged, or we made a mistake and sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, and we will gladly offer you an exchange free of shipping fees or a full refund or credit if the item is no longer available. However, we have to receive the damaged/defective item before we can process an exchange, credit, or refund.

All beauty care items (fragrance, lotions, skin care, cosmetics) or any special orders, are non-refundable. All sales are final on these items.

To make a return, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). To receive an RMA#, please send an email to:

Please include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning. We will send you a return email with the RMA#. Please include this RMA# in the address when you return your item to:

We suggest shipping your package with a carrier such as UPS, DHL or FedEx, or via insured USPS Parcel Post, as we cannot take responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. C.O.D.s will not be accepted.

Once we receive your return, inspect the return, and are satisfied that all requirements have been met, the refund or credit will be processed within 3-5 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we process the return. Please be aware that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
